My visit to Taylor dental was the best experience with a dentist office I’ve ever had!! From being greeted at the front desk to meeting the dental hygienist, I felt welcomed. The exam was... very comprehensive from the x-rays to the pictures of my mouth and review of them with me. The dentist looked at my mouth and thoroughly explained problem areas where I needed to focus extra care. She also asked my mouth goals, if I had a goal in mind or wanted to ensure top mouth health. Before this I’d barely had a 5 minute conversation with a dentist. Alternative solutions were suggested for some past issues needing to be addressed and I appreciate it rather than having a product or expensive procedure pushed on me. So much knowledge was shared. The kind hygienist ensured I was comfortable and encouraged me to let them know if I needed a break or to speak up if I felt any discomfort. The icing on the cake was the heated massage in the chair and tv on the ceiling. I was made to feel comfortable and made part of my dental health plan. Their staff is... so friendly. They always know us by name (when we come in) & they will do anything they can do to always accommodate their patients. The dentists at TAYLOR DENTAL are great & very good at what they do. These dentists actually really admire and take care of their staff (you can tell) as well as their patients.
