At Taylor Dental, your treatment will always begin with the new patient experience. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about our office and hear how our practice can meet all your needs with personalized treatment and care. Our goal is always to inspire confidence in our patients and help them achieve the best oral health possible, and this starts from the moment they walk in for their first visit. You will get to see firsthand the emphasis we put on consistently providing great treatment through a knowledgeable team and cutting-edge technology.
Get to Know Each Other
We want you to get to know us, so the first thing that happens when you visit Taylor Dental is meeting the team. A few of our highly specialized team members will greet you and lead you through the beginning steps of your experience. Visiting the dentist doesn’t have to be a stressful experience, so we will show you around the office so you can become comfortable with your surrounding and see some of our latest advancements.
As dental professionals, we understand that our patients need to be able to trust their dentist’s office. We’ve been building this trust for over a decade by fostering a welcoming environment that allows everyone who walks through the doors to know they are receiving the best treatment available.
Comprehensive Exam
No two people have the exact same dental needs, so we conduct a comprehensive exam that allows us to assess what kind of treatment you may need moving forward. This will be a thorough examination that gives us a clearer picture of the state of your oral health.
Every person that goes through the new patient experience will have a set of X-rays taken. One of our highly skilled doctors will then examine these X-rays and use them as a blueprint for your treatment. In order to provide the level of personal care we are known for, it’s important that we understand your needs and address them promptly.
Moving Forward
After your exam, you will meet with one of our treatment coordinators and discuss the next steps. We want this to be an open dialogue during which you feel comfortable telling us your goals for your smile so we can best treat you. No one understands your lifestyle and dental goals the way that you do, and we want to hear how you would like to move forward. We will give our professional recommendations on any treatment we believe is necessary or would help improve your quality of life.
After figuring out how your health needs, we can make a treatment plan that is tailored to you and prioritizes the things you think are important as well as any pressing issues. In some cases, we can even begin treatment the same day as your first visit.
At Taylor Dental, we believe everyone deserves to have great oral health that not only improves their quality of life but their level of confidence. We also understand that dental care is an investment. We will never be anything except upfront about the costs of dentistry, and our treatment coordinators will explain to you what portions of your care we expect to be covered by your insurance provider. For costs not completely covered by insurance, we also offer third-party financing through Harvesters Federal Credit Union. This allows us to make great smiles and care accessible to all the members of our community.
We believe that everyone deserves a little swag, and we’ve put together a gift for all first-time patients as a thank you for visiting our office. You are the reason we get to do what we love, so the least we can do is provide a gift bag with a few goodies for our beloved family of patients!
Taylor Dental has become the authority in the Pensacola area that it is through advanced practices and word-of-mouth reviews. We feel proud at the end of the day to know that our patients love the care they receive so much that they want to share their great experiences with others. When you leave our office, you will feel reassured that you are receiving the amazing dental care that is tailored to you by a team of highly-trained specialists. Quality is a cornerstone of our office, and we will continue to build off of this virtue throughout your treatment and for years to come.
