My visit to Taylor dental was the best experience with a dentist office I’ve ever had!! From being greeted at the front desk to meeting the dental hygienist, I felt welcomed. The exam was... very comprehensive from the x-rays to the pictures of my mouth and review of them with me. The dentist looked at my mouth and thoroughly explained problem areas where I needed to focus extra care. She also asked my mouth goals, if I had a goal in mind or wanted to ensure top mouth health. Before this I’d barely had a 5 minute conversation with a dentist. Alternative solutions were suggested for some past issues needing to be addressed and I appreciate it rather than having a product or expensive procedure pushed on me. So much knowledge was shared. The kind hygienist ensured I was comfortable and encouraged me to let them know if I needed a break or to speak up if I felt any discomfort. The icing on the cake was the heated massage in the chair and tv on the ceiling. I was made to feel comfortable and made part of my dental health plan. Omgoodness. This is the best dental office I have ever experienced. Every staff member was very friendly and professional. Ashley, Angelique and Dr. Hofius really made me feel comfortable.... They use new technologies to check every detail. Dr. Hofius replaced a couple old metal fillings and was very attentive and checked on me multiple times for pain. Their staff is... so friendly. They always know us by name (when we come in) & they will do anything they can do to always accommodate their patients. The dentists at TAYLOR DENTAL are great & very good at what they do. These dentists actually really admire and take care of their staff (you can tell) as well as their patients. We use Jessica for cleaning and she’s awesome! (coming from someone who has a fear of the dentist).
