This is an amazing practice! They go above and beyond and will work with you to make sure that you’ve received the best possible care. The support stuff is incredible. I had an issue with my coverage and they were extremely persistent with my insurance. They even drafted a letter for me to send to my provider, explaining why the crown should be covered. In the end, I had everything covered and did not have to pay $1,000+ out of pocket. It took a lot of their time but they were always kind and extremely helpful. Highlight recommend this place!

Very nice first time visit, there was a bit of a wait, but they were short a Dr. And they did provide a gift card for the inconvenience, I understood totally. Children will continue to go there. Great customer service and know how to treat patients 😀

This dental office was the sweetest people i've ever met. They treated everybody that walked in that door with love and respect. It didn't matter if they paid big money or they were the person they were helping because they were sent from a clinic.

My experience at Taylor Dental was awesome. My dental hygienist was quite friendly and very thorough. She gave me in-depth instructions on flossing and was very encouraging about how well I was doing in taking care of my teeth. Plus my hygienist was quick. Everything she did was timely. Also, the front desk staff is very efficient. The took my payment before I went back, so afterwards I made a quick exit and got to work fast.

I have extremely bad dental anxiety and this place has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I have had dental issues since I was a young child so, I have dealt with my share of dentist and specialist and I can say this office is one of the best. I don’t feel pressured to get dental work I can’t afford and the dentist has always been upfront about the different procedures and why I would need those procedures and the different things that can happen if I don’t get those procedures. The dentist and office staff try hard to address any concerns you have and it means a lot to someone like me who hates going to the dentist. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a dentist who doesn’t make you feel like a number on a piece of paper.
